This initiative aims to enhance convenience and safety, helping residents relax during the crisis of the pandemic.

Mr. Kheirinth Chuthamsathit, President and CEO of the Real Estate and Services Business Group at Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), stated that during the current COVID-19 pandemic crisis, which is in its third wave, and in alignment with public health policies encouraging more people to undergo Home Isolation, "We are concerned about the physical and mental health of all our residents. To ensure that residents feel comfortable and confident during their isolation, we have prepared essential health care kits and additional services under the concept of MQDC Home Isolation Care. This is our way of supporting our residents to safely navigate through this crisis while also alleviating the burden on the government, which has to care for many areas and communities. 1) Delivery of a Health Kit for self-care, which includes an oxygen meter, a thermometer, and essential medications, immediately upon notification that a resident needs to isolate.
2) Provision of three main meals delivered to the door throughout the isolation period.
3) Access to mental health care from experts for residents experiencing stress or anxiety during isolation, available through the OOCA application at no cost. The OOCA app offers consultations from specialized mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, accessible online conveniently and safely via mobile or computer.
4) Provision of a Hobby Kit for residents who wish to engage in activities to relax during isolation, such as a DIY plant-growing kit.
