Kram Chatchai Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a new-generation property developer, revealed that the Q2/2564 performance shows growth despite facing COVID-19 challenges, with a net profit of 258.0 million baht, up 76.1%, and total revenue of 1,107.2 million baht, up 21.6%. The gross profit margin stands at 47.1%, and the net profit margin is at 23.2%. For the first six months of 2564, the company reported a net profit of 578.3 million baht, a 161.7% increase from the same period last year, with total revenue of 2,281.0 million baht, up 51.8%.

This success is due to customer confidence in the company's projects and the continuous transfer of ownership. The company has launched various promotions to stimulate ownership transfers, with Kave accounting for 63%, Atmoz 22%, and Modiz 3% of the total. To reward shareholders, the board meeting on August 11, 2564, approved an interim dividend payment in shares and cash, with a share dividend ratio of 8 existing shares for 1 dividend share and a cash dividend of 0.02206 baht per share, totaling 16,787,660 baht. The record date for dividend eligibility is set for August 26, 2564, with payment scheduled for October 4, 2564.

Confident in Meeting Growth Targets with a Backlog of 7.7 Billion
For the second half of 2564, the company remains confident in developing new projects alongside sales and marketing strategies that respond to the current situation. Plans are in place to launch new projects worth over 9.7 billion baht, starting with the opening of the Atmoz Bangna sales office valued at 2.2 billion baht, which has received excellent feedback from both existing and new customers, reflecting confidence in the quality of products and the safety of ASW's services, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Currently, the company has a backlog of over 7.7 billion baht, with two projects ready for ownership transfer and revenue recognition in Q3, including Kave TU valued at 1.8 billion baht with over 90% sales and Modiz Sukhumvit 50 valued at 2.1 billion baht, expected to be completed in Q4. This will support the company's performance in 2564, aiming for a 20% revenue growth from the previous year, which was 4.205 billion baht.
