Frasers Property Thailand Demonstrates the Potential of One Platform Strategy with Over 8 Billion Baht in Revenue for the First Half of 2021

This is reflected in the company's performance over the first six months (January-June 2021), with total revenue of 8,127 million Baht and a net profit of 969 million Baht.
• Amidst economic uncertainty, FPT successfully issued bonds worth 5,000 million Baht, with subscriptions exceeding 4.5 times the offering amount, demonstrating investor confidence in the company's potential and past performance. The funds raised will be used for working capital, debt repayment, and financing various development projects to ensure stable and sustainable growth.
• The residential real estate business achieved sales targets with pre-sales in the first six months of 2021 totaling 16,270 million Baht, and plans to launch six new housing projects that cater to customer demand adapting to the Next Normal lifestyle.
• The industrial real estate business continued to close deals on warehouse developments, benefiting from the e-commerce boom, and is set to launch two new logistics parks in Bangplee and the EEC.
Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited or FPT, the first comprehensive real estate service provider in Thailand, reported first-half performance (January-June 2021) of 8,127 million Baht. In the second quarter of 2021, the company issued bonds worth 5,000 million Baht, attracting overwhelming interest from institutional investors with subscriptions exceeding 4.5 times the offering amount, reflecting confidence in the potential of the comprehensive real estate platform and FPT's past performance. The funds raised will strengthen investment capabilities and enhance liquidity in 2021.
Despite the escalating COVID-19 situation, the company generated total revenue of 3,845 million Baht in the three months (April-June 2021), with a net profit of 459 million Baht, contributing to total revenue of 8,127 million Baht for the first six months (January-June 2021) and a net profit of 969 million Baht.
Frasers Property Home, which generates revenue from home sales, continues to grow according to targets, with total pre-sales for six months at 16,270 million Baht and recorded sales revenue of 6,110 million Baht from a total of 11 projects. To create future revenue streams, the company plans to launch six new housing projects that meet the Next Normal lifestyle, enhancing strengths in additional prime locations such as Sathorn, Charansanitwong, Vibhavadi-Rangsit, and Rama 2.
For the rental and service income segment, Frasers Property Commercial and Frasers Property Industrial have generated consistent revenue streams for the company, recording total rental and service income of 1,088 million Baht for the first six months (January-June 2021).
In this second quarter, the office building business under the commercial real estate segment faced limited impact from the Work from Home policy but maintained stable revenue due to the strong financial status of major tenants in all five Grade A office buildings. Meanwhile, the Samyan Mitrtown shopping center experienced service disruptions due to the ongoing emergency measures.
Although some rental income from the commercial real estate segment was affected, the industrial real estate business continues to grow, benefiting from the ongoing expansion of e-commerce and increasing demand for short-term lease factories and warehouses, achieving a tenant occupancy rate exceeding the target at 82%. Additionally, the industrial real estate business has closed lease agreements with new clients, such as Flash Fulfillment, a comprehensive logistics service provider for e-commerce, and has launched two new logistics parks in Bangplee, which have received positive responses, as well as another area in collaboration with Mitsui Fudosan, Japan's largest diversified real estate developer, to develop the first Smart & Sustainable Logistics Park in Thailand in the EEC area.
