Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), one of Thailand's leading real estate developers, has revealed that sales from various residential projects in “The Forestias” over the past three months have exceeded 7 billion baht, bringing total sales to over 13 billion baht.
Mr. Kittiphan Uiyamapan, Project Director of The Forestias at MQDC stated that the number of buyers for residential projects in “The Forestias” over the past three months has surpassed the number of buyers in the past three years. Since we announced our intention to develop The Forestias as a city prioritizing the health of its residents, every aspect has been designed to promote healthier and happier living.
The increased focus on health among people is a result of the COVID-19 situation, along with spending more time with family due to the changing lifestyle. This aligns perfectly with our project's core concept of integrating nature into daily life and designing spaces that encourage family members from various generations to live closely together.

The forest atmosphere in “The Forestias”
Recently, the project “The Forestias” opened the Forest Pavilion, designed by Foster+Partners, showcasing 11 model rooms from three residential projects within The Forestias. This has attracted potential buyers to visit the project and helped them visualize the key concepts behind our development, as well as the quality of design and various types of residences.
The “The Forestias” consists of a total of 7 residential types, designed at various price levels to suit different age groups and lifestyles, emphasizing harmonious living close to nature, using materials and designs of the highest quality, with prices starting from approximately 5 million baht to 250 million baht.

Recently, the ‘Mulberry Grove’ brand condominiums and residences have achieved the highest sales within The Forestias, with sales exceeding 6.3 billion baht, followed by the ‘Whizdom’ brand condominiums with sales over 3 billion baht.
The residences of the ‘Mulberry Grove’ brand are designed to cater to the lifestyle of Thai families, accommodating multiple generations living together. Each house varies in size and connects through special walkways, allowing large families to spend time together closely while maintaining privacy and separate spaces.

The “The Forestias” is situated on a 398-rai area in the strategic EEC zone on Bangna-Trad Road, Km 7, comprising various residential projects, green spaces, and parks. Additionally, there is a 1.6-kilometer elevated walkway connecting various areas and extending over the forest in the project's heart.
Community activity spaces and commercial areas for shops and offices are also included. The Forestias is the largest private real estate project in Thailand, scheduled for completion by early 2024.
