Univenture Reports Third Quarter Revenue

 

Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2020 (April 1, 2020 – June 30, 2020), showing a net profit attributable to the company of 34.3 million baht, an increase of 41%. Total revenue reached 1,103.1 million baht, up 11% compared to the second quarter of 2020 (January 1, 2020 – March 31, 2020).

 

Mr. Worawart Srisaan, the Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited (UV), stated that the adjustments in operational strategies and collaboration within the group of companies to adapt to recent changes have resulted in total revenue of 1,103.1 million baht in the third quarter of 2020 (April 1, 2020 – June 30, 2020), reflecting an 11% growth, which is a positive trend compared to the overall market conditions. The primary revenue source came from the real estate for sale segment, accounting for 73% or 808.9 million baht of total revenue. Revenue from the zinc oxide business represented 15% of total revenue or 163.5 million baht, while revenue from rental real estate and hotel businesses contributed 4% or 43.3 million baht of total revenue.

“Currently, the company has a backlog of sales awaiting revenue recognition amounting to approximately 670 million baht, while the remaining backlog of 2,300 million baht will be gradually recognized in 2021-2022,” Mr. Worawart stated.
