Anabuki Kosan Group: A Japanese Real Estate Giant Specializing in Healthcare and Senior Care, Developing New Housing in Thailand
Anabuki Kosan Group, a Japanese real estate giant specializing in healthcare and senior care, is entering the Thai market to develop new housing solutions.
The Japanese real estate giant Anabuki Kosan takes its first step in developing projects in Thailand, leveraging its expertise in real estate, healthcare services, and senior services to address the needs of housing development, aiming for sustainable growth in Thailand's aging society. In addition to real estate development, the company focuses on comprehensive senior management services.

Sources from Anabuki Kosan reveal that ANABUKI GROUP is a publicly traded company comprising over 35 subsidiaries, recognized as the number one real estate developer in western Japan, with a revenue exceeding 30 billion baht last year. The company operates in five main business sectors: residential development (both condominiums and single-family homes), custom home building, real estate brokerage and leasing, human resource services (including temporary staffing and recruitment support), and facility management (involving hotel and golf course operations). Additionally, the nursing sector manages elderly care facilities and related nursing services, including vocational training for nursing and dental assisting. Other sectors include tourism, advertising, energy, and supermarket businesses. Anabuki also possesses expertise in Medical Care (Assisted Living Management & Nursing Care Insurances) under the philosophy of "We support individual freedom," emphasizing comfortable living. With over 5,000-6,000 staff members, the company provides housing services to over 200,000 families across Japan and is ranked as the 12th largest property management firm in Japan, offering training for both internal staff and those interested in learning about property management.
In the Japanese housing development market, Anabuki ranks sixth among housing developers, guided by the philosophy of creating residences that enrich the lives of residents and contribute to local culture and history, ensuring happiness for both residents and the community. Anabuki Housing Service operates on the principle of ensuring resident satisfaction, with property management and all business operations aimed at enhancing customer happiness. Thus, to ensure resident satisfaction, service staff must be knowledgeable specialists in both construction and service.
With a population of 125 million in Japan (50% aged 60 and above), it is considered a Super Senior Society, while Thailand has a population of 70 million, with approximately 20% aged 60 and above. In the next two years (2022), Anabuki's service business will cover a wide range and is recognized as a leading expert in this field, even establishing a Property Management Academy to train individuals in all aspects related to property management, enabling Anabuki to provide comprehensive support for personnel entering this service sector.
Moreover, Anabuki observes that no Japanese companies are seriously engaging in Senior Management Business in Thailand, seeing this as an opportunity to combine Anabuki's expertise with the housing development knowledge of Thanasiiri Group. Together, they aim to create a nurturing and warm community for customers at every stage of life, opening a new dimension of property in Thailand. They have jointly established "Anabuki Thanasiiri (Thailand) Co., Ltd.,” a joint venture between Thanasiiri Group Public Company Limited, Anabuki Kosan Co., Ltd., and Thai Konoike Corporation Limited, with respective shares of 50%, 49%, and 1%. Anabuki believes that a good society must start with a good community and quality of life for its citizens, aligning with Thanasiiri's commitment to creating a nurturing and warm family environment for customers at every life stage, enhancing quality of life and focusing on community. This joint venture will gradually develop projects that integrate the lifestyles of three generations, not just housing development but creating a "home" that brings happiness to all family members. The first project to be developed is "Anabuki Thanahabitat," featuring only 88 units, with a project value of 600 million baht, located in a prime area near the Maha Chai Bridge, surrounded by lush nature, close to the Chao Phraya River, and adjacent to a large green space, set to launch around the fourth quarter of 2020.
