Get ready to experience something new at the Third Place in Rangsit with the 'KAVE Club', a space that fulfills every fun aspect of living freely to meet the lifestyle needs of the new generation. This marks the first time in the Thai real estate industry that a special area has been designed to fully accommodate the creation of an E-Sports Mini Stadium, specifically catering to students and gamers from Bangkok University.
Bangkok – This afternoon (November 6, 2019), AssetWise Co., Ltd., a property developer committed to creating quality living spaces for a better life under the concept of 'Happiness Designed for You' (We Build Happiness), held the launch event for the 'KAVE Club' with the concept 'A YOUNGSTER’S THIRD PLACE'. This creative space is designed to meet the lifestyle needs of the new generation under the KAVE brand, with special guests including Nathakorn Puangsiri, owner of NookNet, a leading online gaming business in Thailand, and Boss - Warathep Theppongpetch, former president of the E-Sports Club at Bangkok University, former pro player, and winner of the new commentator championship in Thailand's E-Sports scene, who participated in discussions during the event.
Mr. Kramchad Wiphanpong, CEO of AssetWise Co., Ltd. stated, "Our company has developed condominium projects under various brands, each with its unique identity and has received positive feedback consistently. For the KAVE brand condominiums, we aim to develop them as campus condos specifically targeting students. In addition to developing the units to be comfortable and practical for living, we also focus on designing common areas to cater to the diverse lifestyles of the new generation. Furthermore, AssetWise is increasingly prioritizing activities for the new generation, which is why we have developed the second floor of the KAVE Town sales gallery into the 'KAVE Club', a space that enriches the world of fun, allowing students from Bangkok University to live freely and utilize the space for various activities outside of home and university every day. The design follows an Edutainment style, dividing the area into four key functions: Co-Working Space for work, meetings, and group study sessions before exams, equipped with various facilities such as Vending Machines, Smart Lockers, and Digital Print Self Service. Additionally, there is an E-Library for research and knowledge acquisition with high-speed internet, as well as a Chill Out Area for relaxation and socializing with friends, and a special highlight of the 'KAVE Club', the E-Sports Mini Stadium, a fully equipped space for practicing and competing in E-Sports for gamers.
The development of KAVE Club is a first in the Thai real estate sector to create a space specifically for E-Sports activities. Bangkok University also offers courses related to E-Sports to support the new generation's growing interest in this field. The KAVE Club is designed with a main stage resembling a real competition arena and two practice rooms to facilitate students in training and strategizing for various competitions, with collaboration from key partners in the online gaming industry to maximize the efficiency of this space, including 'NookNet', a leading online gaming business in Thailand that provides consulting, support, and facilities for users, as well as top-tier computer equipment and accessories from leading companies such as ACER Thailand, Estrek (Thailand) Co., Ltd., ZOWIE Thailand, RAZER, and NVIDIA. The space also utilizes a standard CPU from AMD to support various E-Sports gaming formats.
"The first KAVE Club will be open exclusively to students of Bangkok University, regardless of whether they are residents of KAVE condominiums or not. They can use the facilities free of charge for a maximum of 2 hours each. Currently, we are allowing students to use the space during the trial period and are ready to fully open on November 9. In addition to being a venue for E-Sports activities, the company also plans to allocate this space for various special events of the KAVE Club in the future," said Mr. Kramchad.
