Habitat Group Partners with List Group to Showcase Two New Luxury Low-Rise Condominium Projects "Walden Thonglor 8 and Walden Thonglor 13"
Habitat Group has teamed up with List Group to officially unveil two new luxury low-rise condominium projects, "Walden Thonglor 8" and "Walden Thonglor 13." The rental rates in the Thonglor area are among the highest in Bangkok, reaching up to 1,000 Baht per square meter. The projects aim to attract tenants who are working professionals and Japanese businesspeople, with the management expertise provided by JRE Development, a Japanese residential management specialist.
Habitat Group, a leader in premium real estate development for investment in Thailand, and List Group, a real estate expert from Japan, reaffirm their confidence in the potential of the Thonglor area by officially launching these two luxury low-rise condominium projects valued at over 2.8 billion Baht. The projects, Walden Thonglor 8 and Walden Thonglor 13, will be managed by JRE Development, a subsidiary of JALUX Inc. from Japan, aiming to attract the growing Japanese resident market in Thonglor.

The Walden Thonglor 8 project is an 8-story luxury low-rise condominium with 117 units located just 100 meters from the main road in Soi Thonglor 8. It offers four types of units: One Bedroom (32.5 square meters), One Bedroom Plus (42-46 square meters), Two Bedroom (49-55 square meters), and Two Bedroom Deluxe (61-71 square meters), with prices starting at 7.9 million Baht.
The Walden Thonglor 13 project is also an 8-story luxury low-rise condominium with 122 units, offering One Bedroom and One Bedroom Plus (35-46 square meters) and Two Bedroom (55-66 square meters) units, with prices starting at 6.9 million Baht.
Both projects are expected to begin construction in the first quarter of 2020 and be completed by the first quarter of 2022.
JRE Development, a subsidiary of JALUX, will manage the Walden Thonglor 8 and Walden Thonglor 13 projects. Established in 1962, JALUX has extensive experience in property management, managing over 3,500 residential units with an average occupancy rate of over 95%. JALUX entered the Thai market by establishing JRE Development in 2017 and currently owns and manages L’axe Sriracha JALUX Serviced Residence in Sriracha, Chonburi, which is the largest community for Japanese residents in Eastern Thailand.
