SAM is participating in the ‘Million Homes’ project by the Government Housing Bank (GHB), selecting non-performing assets (NPA) for sale priced at no more than 1 million baht. This includes various listings such as single houses, townhouses, and residential units, in line with the government's policy under the 20-year national strategy aimed at providing citizens with their own homes. Interested buyers can directly engage with SAM to participate in this project under the specified conditions and details.



           Mr. Niyut Masawisuth, Acting Managing Director of Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM), stated that SAM is ready to support the government’s policy in the ‘Million Homes’ project by the Government Housing Bank (GHB) as part of the 20-year national strategy aimed at helping all Thai people have access to housing and a better quality of life. - Uea Pracha Condo Town Project, Soi Nakniwas 48, Intersection 18, Nakniwas Road, Lat Phrao District, Bangkok, with 15 units sized 30.45 - 36.92 sq.m., starting at 279,000 - 369,000 baht.
- Don Mueang Condo Town Project, Song Prapha Road, Don Mueang District, Bangkok, with 38 units sized 30.63 - 58.7 sq.m., starting at 123,000 - 379,000 baht.
- Champs-Elysees Project, Soi Tiwanon-Pak Kret 50, Nonthaburi Province, near Robinson Sri Saman, with 11 units sized 29 sq.m., starting at 599,000 baht.
