           Mr. Wanchak Buranasiri, CEO of Finance and Business Support at Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), revealed that the company has achieved impressive sales results in the first half of 2018, reaching 24 billion baht, a 62% increase from the same period last year, and accounting for 53% of the 45 billion baht sales target. This success is attributed to positive customer responses across all projects, particularly in condominiums, which have seen strong demand both in Bangkok and other provinces, from both Thai and foreign customers.

“In the first half of the year, the company successfully launched condominium projects that sold out quickly, such as 'The Base Central - Phuket' and 'D Condo Campus Dome - Rangsit', which received excellent responses and sold out on the first day of pre-sales. The 'La Casita' project in Hua Hin, where the company has long dominated the vacation condominium market, achieved 90% sales within just one month. The 'Edge Central Pattaya' project has also received great interest from both Thai and foreign customers looking for condominiums in Pattaya for both leisure and rental purposes, with sales reaching 95% and expected to close soon.
