According to reports, the Ashton Asoke condominium project (the “Project”) owned and operated by Ananda MF Asia Asoke Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is facing issues in transferring condominiums to customers who reserved them by March 2018. The main reason for this is that the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, through the Department of Public Works, has been unable to issue a construction certificate (Form A.6) to the Company, despite the Project being completed since late 2017. This is due to two legal cases related to the Project that have been filed in the Central Administrative Court (where the plaintiffs did not sue the Company; the Company was merely called in as an intervenor later) along with other minor reasons such as the types of plants planted at the Project and the installation of floor indicator signs in the fire elevator of the Project. Subsequently, the Company appealed the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's order to the Appeal Committee as per the law, as is widely known.

The Ananda MF Asia Asoke Co., Ltd., the owner and operator of the Project, would like to inform that the Appeal Committee has ruled to revoke the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's order and instructed them to proceed correctly according to legal procedures. Following this, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration issued the construction certificate (Form A.6) to the Company, and the Bangkok Land Office has registered the condominium and issued the ownership documents for the Project's units to the Company. The Company has already begun transferring units to some buyers since June 15, 2018.

The Company wishes to inform you and is confident that it has followed all legal procedures in construction and operations, including the transfer of condominiums to customers. The Company believes that the issues related to the Project will be resolved successfully.
