“TOA” Introduces the “Solutions Builder” System for Preventing and Repairing Leaks and Cracks               

            This year, “TOA” presents under the concept “Solutions Builder: The Innovative Construction Chemicals,” offering solutions for preventing and repairing leaks and cracks with advanced chemical products from Germany. The booth showcases stories through significant locations such as schools, hospitals, industrial factories, and green standard high-rise buildings. The booth also features a consultation center for leak prevention and repair (TOA Protect & Repair Center), free house color design services from professional designers (TOA ide@color), and professional painting services (TOA Home Painting Service).

“Conwood” Showcases the URBAN ENERGY CAFÉ & LIFESTYLE Innovation

            “Conwood” combines two popular lifestyle trends: “exercise + café,” launching the latest highlight product, “Conwood Eave Fit,” designed to accommodate modern roof styles (Lean-to Roof) and eaves, ensuring a neat and beautiful finish with galvanized flashing. This innovation reduces the warping of flashing due to changing weather conditions, extends the lifespan of the roof structure, and is environmentally friendly as Conwood is made from high-quality cement and natural fibers, eliminating the need for deforestation and containing no asbestos, which is a cause of cancer.

 “Shera” Redefines the Installation Design of Shera Board

            At Architect'61, Shera designed the exhibition space as the Shera Pavilion, showcasing the selling points of Shera Board, a highlight innovation that is durable with Crystal Engineering technology but lighter compared to precast concrete.
