Dr. Surya Poonsawad, Managing Director of Major Development Public Company Limited, and Mr. Ekachai Techawiriyakul, Senior Assistant Managing Director of Large Business Division at Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited recently signed a loan agreement with Krung Thai Bank for a total of 1.462 billion baht to support the development of the MUNIQ LANGSUAN project, a luxury high-rise condominium with 28 floors, developed by MJD – JV 1 Co., Ltd., a joint venture with Major Development Public Company Limited, at Major Tower.
