LPN has launched the LPN SHARE application, reinforcing the concept of 'livable communities' and creating a Sharing Society, starting with the first feature: Carpool. This initiative aims to reduce traffic problems, decrease energy consumption, and foster friendships during travel, with a pilot program set at the Lumpini Place Rama 9 - Ratchada project, before expanding to over 250,000 community members.

Mr. Opas Sripak, CEO and Managing Director of LPN Development Public Company Limited (LPN), a developer of residential condominiums under the 'Lumpini' brand, discussed the company's housing development strategy and social initiatives. He stated, 'We have launched the LPN SHARE application to reinforce our commitment to being a 'livable community' under the culture of 'unity, care, and sharing.' The first feature included in this application is the Carpool feature named 'LPN SHARE by LILUNA,' developed in collaboration with the startup LILUNA to provide carpool services for Lumpini condominium owners. Currently, we are piloting this service at the Lumpini Place Rama 9 - Ratchada project, as part of our business approach that emphasizes service value and our commitment to creating a 'livable community.'

The carpool system allows shared travel along the same route, promoting the idea of 'going together on the same path.' This carpool campaign has been gaining traction in Thailand, making the term 'carpool' familiar to many. Therefore, choosing this feature aligns well with the large community of Lumpini, helping to reduce expenses. Additionally, LPN and LILUNA share a mutual policy of fostering a Sharing Society (CARE & SHARE) under a positive living culture of 'unity, care, and sharing' to ensure a happy coexistence, quality of life, and a good environment and society. Importantly, using the carpool system also helps Lumpini residents get to know each other better, strengthening community bonds and creating new friendships during travel, while also reducing car usage, energy consumption, and traffic congestion.

Mr. Opas continued, 'According to a survey of LPN residents, every 10 minutes, someone calls a taxi for travel, with destinations varying from different locations to the same place or transit points among residents. Thus, selecting this feature addresses the needs of both drivers and passengers. Moreover, LPN SHARE by LILUNA also includes the LPN Board function, allowing users to indicate their desired travel routes to find travel companions or drivers. If a driver hasn't set a route in advance, users can still use this function to find travel partners for sharing taxi costs, especially given the current economic climate and living expenses.'

'Currently, we are piloting LPN SHARE by LILUNA at the Lumpini Place Rama 9 - Ratchada project and aim to expand this service to all Lumpini projects, which currently number around 250,000 nationwide. We are also committed to further developing the features of LPN SHARE to enhance its completeness, reinforcing our identity as a 'livable community,' Mr. Opas concluded.
