The standout features provide peace of mind and increased comfort, allowing doors to be unlocked from anywhere via a mobile application using Bluetooth or through a Pin Code system, which includes a One Time Password (OTP) that sends a one-time code or allows for timed Pin Code settings. Additionally, users can track details of who enters and exits their home via their mobile phones, ensuring maximum security with a special anti-hacking system using Cryptography, the highest level of security chosen by leading banks. This system operates without needing to connect to the internet, ensuring safety for residents in all situations. Furthermore, it is convenient and secure for rental purposes, as tenants can access rooms using a Pin Code, facilitating guest stays or renting out vacation condos. By the second quarter, the system will be piloted in 9 projects, including 3 condominium projects: The Line Sathorn, Kawa House Sukhumvit 77, and Oka House Sukhumvit 36, along with 6 single-house projects: Burasiri Bangna, Burasiri Panya Intra, Burasiri Pattanakarn, Burasiri Wongwaen-On Nut, Setthasiri Phaholyothin-Watcharapol, and Setthasiri Chaeng Watthana-Prachachuen 2.
