Recently, the luxury condo project "Niche Pride Tao Pun-Interchange," located next to two BTS stations, was officially launched, marking a first in Thailand's condominium industry with its 30-story common area. This project is a collaboration between Sena Development Public Company Limited and Hankyu Realty, with Knight Frank Thailand handling sales and marketing, starting at a pre-sale price of 3.2 million baht.
