Sansiri Unveils 2018 Plans with 31 Projects Worth 63.2 Billion Baht, Advancing the 'Tomorrow is Unfolded' Roadmap Breaking all records with a New High in both sales targets and the value of new project launches, aiming for pre-sales of 45 billion baht, a 24% growth.

Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuak, Chief Executive Officer of Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI), revealed that in 2018, the company plans to operate under the concept of "Tomorrow is Unfolded" by increasing its presence in international markets. This year, the company aims for sales of 13 billion baht, a 40% increase from last year's sales of over 9.3 billion baht, to support the growth of the global and Asian economies. Earlier this year, the company opened its sixth office in Hong Kong and plans to expand into other markets such as South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.

Regarding joint ventures with BTS and Tokyu Group, the company plans to develop approximately 4-6 joint venture projects worth a total of about 12-19 billion baht. Additionally, there are plans to launch residential projects such as The Standard Residence and Monocle Residence. In the new business segment, "JustCo"—a co-working space—will see the opening of 4 new branches, with the first two set to open at AIA Sathorn in May and All Seasons Place in August.

However, this year, the company aims for total sales of 45 billion baht, a 24% increase from last year's sales of 38.6 billion baht, while planning to launch a total of 31 new projects with a combined value of approximately 63.2 billion baht, which includes 12 condominium projects valued at 33.5 billion baht, 8 single-family home projects valued at 20.1 billion baht, and 11 townhouse projects valued at 9.6 billion baht.
