4) Construction Tech - Innovations or technologies for design, construction, quality control, and new construction materials to reduce costs and better meet residents' needs, incorporating AR - Augmented Reality with BIM - Building Information Management.

2. Ecosystem Partnership: Collaborating with partners to enhance the PropTech and Living Tech ecosystem in Thailand and the region for sustainable growth.

3. Innovation Development (Lab & Development): Aiming to develop the Sansiri Home Service Application to create a new dimension of living for Sansiri residents, connecting through a network of business partners both in Thailand and globally.

Recently, Siri Ventures has partnered with global innovation platforms such as Plug and Play from Silicon Valley, USA, and SOSA from Israel, both of which are networks of nearly ten thousand startups worldwide.
