L.P.N. Development Group is restructuring to enter its fourth decade sustainably, appointing "Mr. Opas Sripak" as the new CEO, who will also serve as Managing Director, to drive the operational approach of "Shift to Change". This reinforces the company's expertise in developing integrated quality housing, aiming to become a sustainable organization and align with the succession plan.

The Board of Directors of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) has resolved to appoint Mr. Opas Sripak, Managing Director of LPN, to continue the mission of advancing the organization as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director of LPN, effective January 11, 2018. This year, the company has set its operational strategy under the "Shift to Change" approach, following 2017, which was designated as the "Year of Shift". The company has adjusted its operational direction to align with changing visions and circumstances by categorizing its five subsidiaries into two types: real estate development and service businesses. This aims to enable each company to leverage its potential and expertise in developing and delivering quality products and services to customers.

For the operational approach in 2018, the company is committed to being a comprehensive and integrated urban housing developer (Affordable House) through 29 years of accumulated experience and professionalism to create quality housing and deliver a good quality of life under the concept of "A livable community for all ages". However, this change in CEO is just the first step of the strategic plan to lead the organization toward sustainable growth. The company is in the process of recruiting senior executives to strengthen the team in both financial and strategic aspects, with clarity expected in the second quarter of this year. This marks a significant transition by integrating new executives with fresh perspectives and ideas with the existing management team, which possesses knowledge, experience, and professionalism.

Mr. Opas Sripak is considered a Key Man who helped LPN overcome the crisis in 1997 and is a senior executive who has grown alongside the organization, possessing comprehensive experience in the real estate business. He has held several important managerial positions, including Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager, Research and Development Manager, and Managing Director of LPN, before stepping into his latest role as Chief Executive Officer.
