Members of the Nonthaburi Real Estate Trade Association are divided into <\/u><\/strong>3 categories as follows:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

  1. Regular Juristic Person<\/strong><\/span> (Any company or organization wishing to apply for this membership type must be an entity engaged in real estate business only.)<\/li>
  2. Special Juristic Person<\/strong><\/span> (Businesses related to real estate, such as financial institutions / real estate agents and general interested parties.)<\/li>
  3. Regular Individual<\/strong><\/span> (Individuals interested in the real estate business who have not yet fully engaged in real estate activities.)<\/li> <\/ol>

    1. Discount of 5,000 Baht for booth rental at the Home and Condo Expo immediately upon becoming a member with us.
    2. New! Changes in Nonthaburi's city plan may occur, and not being aware in advance could hinder project development.

      2. Special Juristic Person - Membership fee 2,000 Baht, initial fee 500 Baht, total including VAT 2,500 Baht.
      3. Regular Individual - Membership fee 1,500 Baht, initial fee 500 Baht, total including VAT 2,000 Baht.
