Mr. Narit Chayaklin, Chief Executive Officer of Singha Estate Public Company Limited, announced the progress of the Singha Complex project stating, "Recently, our company has signed a lease agreement with Regus Center (Thailand), a company that operates office spaces with over 3,000 branches worldwide, as the tenant of The Office at Singha Complex within the mixed-use project ‘Singha Complex’ (SINGHA COMPLEX), which is the flagship project of Singha Estate Public Company Limited, leasing a total area of 1,172 square meters.

          As for the construction progress, the office building is now over 78% complete, and the retail space is more than 85% finished. It is expected to be ready for service by mid-2018. Currently, a sample office space has been opened on the 15th floor of The Office at Singha Complex for interested customers to view as part of their decision-making process. The leasing of office space has been assigned to CBRE Thailand as the representative.

          The mixed-use project ‘Singha Complex’ covers an area of 11 rai and is located at the corner of Asoke-Phetchaburi Road, consisting of Grade A office buildings and a lifestyle mall, with a construction value of over 4.2 billion baht (excluding land value) and a luxury condominium, THE ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX, valued at over 4.3 billion baht.
