Ms. Pairawan Pholwan, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security was the chairperson at the ceremony for the Outstanding Real Estate Project Recognition, presenting the award to Mr. Mongkut Techolarn, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee for Land Development at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited  The award received is for Outstanding Project in the Luxury Single House Category from the Grand Bangkok Boulevard Srinakarin to honor and promote the development of quality real estate projects for consumers and society. This event was organized by the Thai Real Estate Research and Valuation Center, Agency for Real Estate Affairs Co., Ltd. (AREA) at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center recently.
