The Agency for Real Estate Affairs Co., Ltd. is organizing the "Real Estate Investment Expo 2017" Thailand Property Best Buy EXPO 2017 (TbEX) from December 2 – 4, 2017 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

Event Guidelines
The organizing committee will gather real estate projects to exhibit with a target of 100 booths from properties across the country, including job centers, tourist attractions, and educational institutions. There will also be booths from international brokers from Singapore, Indonesia, etc. The event will feature free seminars throughout the three days covering topics related to public utilities and infrastructure across Thailand and ASEAN, the ONE Belt One Road concept connecting Asia, EEC projects, and speakers from urban development companies, stock analysis experts, Dr. Wisit Ongpipatanakul, and various startup coaches in the real estate sector, including discussions on feng shui by Assoc. Prof. Phanuwat Phanwichatikul, covering diverse topics including the development of real estate for elderly housing, etc.
