The Songkhla Real Estate Association believes that purchasing power and investment in real estate are beginning to pick up in 2018. Entrepreneurs are eagerly booking booths for the 8th Home, Condo, and Decoration Materials Fair, which promises to be vibrant and exciting, featuring actress Taew Natapohn to spread endless joy.

On September 24, 2017, at the Hatyai Room of the Hansa JB Hotel, the Songkhla Real Estate Association organized the booth booking event for the "8th Home, Condo, and Decoration Materials Fair" under the theme "Endless Happiness." Entrepreneurs are competing for prime locations before launching strong promotions at the event.

Ms. Sirivarn Phongsermsuk, President of the Songkhla Real Estate Association, revealed that the 8th Home, Condo, and Decoration Materials Fair received a strong response from both horizontal and vertical property developers, as well as decoration materials suppliers, who are eager to book booths. This is due to their confidence and a shared outlook that the real estate market in 2018 is showing positive signs.

"The lively participation of entrepreneurs in booking spaces is because they see Songkhla as a potential trading hub in the South. Although the agricultural sector is still facing price issues, the demand for housing continues to rise steadily. Coupled with a stable political situation and concrete government projects, these factors support the overall real estate market in Songkhla to keep moving forward," she added.

The "8th Home, Condo, and Decoration Materials Fair" is organized under the theme "Endless Happiness," featuring over 90 booths showcasing existing and new projects, including single houses, duplexes, condominiums, townhouses, and townhomes. Initially, three major developers have shown interest in presenting new condominium projects at this event. It is expected to be a significant event for Songkhla at the beginning of 2018, with many decoration material groups also eager to participate. It is anticipated that sales during the four-day event will match or exceed those of previous fairs.

Entrepreneurs are also preparing to offer "massive discounts and exciting giveaways" to attract buyers, hoping to capture market share during the event. Additionally, they have received support from the Bank of Thailand's Southern Office and leading financial institutions, which will provide knowledge, loan services, and credit bureau checks.

Beyond exciting promotions, the organizers are set to add flair by inviting Taew Natapohn to engage with attendees, take photos, and share an experience of endless happiness at the event, Ms. Sirivarn concluded.

The "8th Home, Condo, and Decoration Materials Fair" will take place from February 1 to 4, 2018, at the Chalerm Sirijaraj 60th Anniversary Conference Center, Prince of Songkla University, Hatyai District, Songkhla Province.
