One9Five Asoke – Rama 9
Transformed beyond recognition, who would believe that it was originally the TC Royal Rama 9 project? Now, TC Development has undertaken a complete redesign, revamping the entire image and rebranding the organization to reflect a more luxurious aesthetic, changing the project's name to One 9 Five Asoke - Rama 9. This project is a collaborative creation developed with leading partners, including:
- Shma, the landscape designer for the expansive project covering over 7-8 rai. Shma has previously collaborated with Sansiri on many projects. For One9Five, Shma has infused the design with a concept called Fruit Forest – Sky Hill, which is unprecedented and is likely to serve as a reference for future condominium garden concepts.
- LEOINTER, responsible for designing the facilities, common areas, and the main building of the project, has an impressive portfolio that includes luxury condos like Marque and ESSE ASOKE, as well as five-star hotels. From the perspective images, it is evident that the design looks far more luxurious than its price suggests.
- PIA is in charge of the design and space allocation within the apartments, employing a detailed approach focused on the actual residents. This includes the building's ventilation system and the design of room sizes, ensuring that most units are corner rooms. This firm has proven its expertise in the luxury condominium segment in Thailand.
The “One9Five” project spans over 11 rai, making it the largest and tallest condominium project on Rama 9 Road, adjacent to Unilever House. It consists of two buildings, A and B, with 61 floors, housing 954 and 957 units respectively. A highlight of the project is the extensive common area, covering over 8.6 rai, spread across three levels, featuring a 100-meter long swimming pool, all at a relatively affordable price compared to neighboring projects. Although the landscape and interior designs are not finalized yet, it has been hinted that the project has removed its golden crown, ensuring a beautiful alignment with the complete overhaul.
