Employees within an organization are crucial to its success or failure. The quality of personnel in each organization not only includes skills, experience, and knowledge relevant to their roles and responsibilities but also encompasses a strong emphasis on “good personality”, which is considered vital. Therefore, the Home Builder Association (HBA) has organized a training session titled “Creating Value and Developing Personality for a Successful Organization.” They invited Dr. Thanyada Thanyathipsaran (third from the left), an expert in personality development, to share knowledge and experiences aimed at enhancing the potential of employees from member companies of the association. The goal is to equip them with an understanding of the importance of personal value and personality development, fostering collaboration, and bringing value to the organization for effective leadership and organizational success.
