Sansiri Public Company Limited, a leader in comprehensive real estate development, has launched "Smart Move," a vehicle rental service platform designed to enhance the lifestyle of the new generation. This initiative introduces electric vehicle car-sharing services for residents in Sansiri's residential projects, marking the first of its kind in Thailand.           The service was first launched at The Line Chatuchak-Mo Chit project, featuring BMW i3 electric vehicles, with plans to expand to four more residential projects and other vehicle types by the end of this year under the overarching platform, "Smart Move."

          Moreover, the trend of eco-friendliness through the use of electric vehicles is gaining popularity among the new generation. Sansiri has been following this trend since last year by installing charging equipment in its condominium projects.

          The Smart Move platform provides residents with the convenience of online vehicle booking and unlocking 24/7 through the Home Service Application, which connects to the Haupcar Application. The service will charge based on actual usage every 30 minutes, with a maximum service time of one day. The first service round will be available from 5:00 AM to 2:00 AM daily, allowing at least three hours of charging time per day. The service will focus on the Bangkok metropolitan area to ensure continuous vehicle availability for residents. The service fee includes energy costs and vehicle insurance, with no additional charges based on distance. Overall, the average cost will be lower than that of popular ride-hailing services, while offering more privacy and flexibility in route selection. Moving forward, we plan to extend Smart Move services to other projects with similar target demographics, such as The Line Ratchathewi, Edge, Taka House, and Habito Community Mall in T77, while also preparing to partner with several global companies to diversify vehicle rental services to meet the evolving demands of the sharing economy in the future.
