The land is valued at over 4.6 billion baht, or approximately 1.45 million baht per square wah. The company intends to develop the land into a project that includes residential condominiums and office buildings for rent, with the goal of creating a striking new landmark in the Sathorn-Silom area, with an estimated total value of around 17 billion baht.

          The land of the Australian Embassy is rectangular, measuring 70 meters wide and approximately 160 meters deep, located on Sathorn Tai Road, which is a significant thoroughfare in a prime business area with high development potential. Additionally, there is access to the back via Soi Suan Plu. The Sathorn area is densely populated with commercial and residential properties, surrounded by numerous job opportunities and various amenities. It is also a familiar and popular location for foreigners, making it an attractive site for investment in the development of residential condominiums and Grade A office buildings for rent.

          The project has already begun its design phase, with plans to incorporate Green Design principles that conserve energy, nature, and the environment. The project will feature a large garden and retain some of the existing mature trees. Furthermore, the company is ready to introduce innovative and creative ideas in the design that have not been seen in other projects before.

          For the year 2018, the company has a total of 6 plots of land ready for the development of residential condominium projects, along with several other low-rise residential projects across the country.
