          Bangkok – September 13, 2017 - Krung Thai Bank is hosting its final grand auction of the year for beautiful and high-potential NPA properties with a total of 99 items available at special prices, with discounts of up to 35% off the regular price, totaling an initial value of 1,092.54 million baht. The auction will take place on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at the 1st Floor Hall of Krung Thai Bank Headquarters, Sukhumvit Building.

          Mr. Chaiyan Phlanan, Assistant Managing Director of the Asset Management Group at Krung Thai Bank, revealed that the bank's NPA properties offer a variety of options and locations to meet all purchasing needs, whether for residence or investment. The properties are priced lower than first-hand properties and are located in desirable areas, allowing customers to find affordable housing in developed neighborhoods. Many of the bank's second-hand properties are situated in well-established projects or along new expanding BTS lines. Additionally, the bank provides direct staff to assist with property sales, offering information, advice, and immediate access to view properties.

          To create opportunities for customers seeking second-hand properties for living or investment, the bank has organized the 14th NPA auction using the open bid method, featuring 99 selected high-quality NPA properties in prime locations. This includes 67 properties in Bangkok and its vicinity and 32 properties in regional areas, with a total initial value of 1,092.54 million baht, available at special reduced prices. The lowest starting price is 1,100,000 baht, along with special promotions such as a transfer fee of only 1%, 0% interest for up to 12 months, free appraisal fees, and free first-year building insurance. Furthermore, participants who register and place a deposit for the auction will receive accident insurance benefits in case of death, with an insurance coverage of 50,000 baht for one year from Krung Thai Panich Insurance Public Company Limited or Thippaya Insurance Public Company Limited (conditions apply).
