Supalai is set to launch 3 new projects worth a total of 5.77 billion baht under 3 brands in 3 prime locations, connecting to the electric train network and showcasing unique design characteristics and distinct lifestyles for each project.

Mr. Traitecha Tangmattatham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, is preparing to unveil 3 new projects under the brands Premier, Loft, and Park, aiming for 50% sales by the end of this year.

1) Supalai Premier Charan Nakhon in the Charan Nakhon-Klong San area, adjacent to the Gold Line electric train station at Klong San, features a 26-story building with units ranging from 34.5 to 331 square meters, starting at 3.1 million baht. Completion is expected in 2021, with bookings open from September 22-24.

2) Supalai Loft at Phai Chai Intersection Station, just 350 meters from the station, features a 24-story building with units ranging from 35 to 77.5 square meters, starting at 2.17 million baht. Completion is anticipated in 2020, with bookings open from September 7-13.

3) Supalai Park at Talat Phlu Station, located only 250 meters from the station, features a 34-story building with units ranging from 27.5 to 72.5 square meters, starting at 1.61 million baht. Completion is also expected in 2020, with bookings open from September 7-13.
