All Inspire Development Public Company Limited, a real estate operator specializing in low-rise condominiums under the brands The Excel and Rise, showcases its potential for rapid business growth by announcing a partnership with the Japanese real estate giant, Hoosiers Holdings. The company is preparing to invest in more than three projects, with an estimated value of 5 to 6 billion baht. The first joint venture project launched is The Excel Hideaway Sukhumvit 50, valued at over 2 billion baht. The project received an overwhelmingly positive response, with many customers lining up to reserve units, resulting in a "One Day Sold Out" phenomenon for over 400 units sold without a sample room, out of a total of 772 units, on September 2, 2017.

Mr. Thanakorn Thanawirith, CEO of All Inspire Development Public Company Limited, stated, "Our company is strengthening its business operations to elevate our leadership in the Thai real estate market by launching a joint venture partnership with Hoosiers Holdings, a major player in the Japanese real estate sector. As a relatively new entrant in the industry, we have experienced rapid growth and built trust with our customers. This year, we aim for growth with plans to develop over seven projects valued at more than 9.7 billion baht."

The partnership originated from Hoosiers seeking a suitable partner in Thailand for a long time, eventually meeting All Inspire through a recommendation from Krungsri Bank, which is the dealer for this joint venture. Hoosiers' executives recognized All Inspire's potential due to the company's rapid growth within just four years of establishment. They also noted All Inspire's strengths in marketing and pricing strategies that effectively match the location's market.

Hoosiers Holdings is a leading company listed on the Japanese stock exchange, with a diverse range of subsidiary businesses and a strong reputation, including condominiums, houses, apartments, and investment properties. Their expertise lies particularly in senior housing, and the company plans to collaborate with All Inspire on senior housing projects in the future to meet the growing population of elderly individuals.
