From now on, there will be no boundaries in business. We will grow sustainably alongside Nomura." He further elaborated on the project characteristics, saying, "The Luxmore project is Nomura's residential development approach that considers essential factors for living, including creating a complete lifestyle, convenience, multifunctionality, design, maintenance, and cleanliness, with a strong emphasis on excellent after-sales service."

Mr. Eiji Kutsukake, Chairman of Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., remarked, "We see a stable long-term growth trend in the Bangkok real estate market, as the middle-income group continues to grow. Meanwhile, the Bangkok real estate market is transitioning from quantitative growth to qualitative growth. The reason we chose Origin as our partner for investment in Thailand is that Origin, established only about 8-9 years ago, has rapidly grown to become a company with annual sales exceeding 10 billion baht, reflecting that Origin understands the real estate business, the locations, and consumer needs."

Both executives anticipate that the sales launch of the three projects will exceed 50% due to positive market response, with a significant interest from Japanese customers in the Knightsbridge Prime Onnut project, as Japanese residents are increasingly spreading out from central Bangkok. In terms of pricing, Knightsbridge Collage Ramkamhang is particularly attractive as it is priced below 100,000 baht per square meter.
