Recently, Ms. Sujait Samakattan, Director of Marketing and Sales at the National Housing Authority, attended the opening ceremony of the 'Mega Home and Condo Fair and Loan of the Year 2017', presided over by Mr. Wisut Srisuphan, Deputy Minister of Finance, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. This event combined three major exhibitions: the NPA Grand Sale, Home Loan, and Home Buyers Expo. The National Housing Authority set up a booth showcasing completed housing projects and those under construction in various locations for attendees to choose from. Special promotions included a reservation starting at 1,000 Baht with no transfer fee for all projects. For completed projects, buyers can apply for loans with banks under the Pracharat Housing Project with a 0% interest rate for the first year, up to 100% financing, or choose to finance through the National Housing Authority at a 1.49% interest rate for two years, or opt for a Rent to Buy scheme, allowing purchase within three years.
