The initiative highlights innovative products such as "SCG Living Tech," "SCG Eldercare Solutions," "COTTO Bathroom, Tiles, Sanitary Ware, and Faucets Center," and "SCG Roof," showcasing innovations that cater to all construction groups. Last year, SCG launched "SCG Village," featuring four innovative homes that garnered significant consumer interest, reflected in an average of 7,000 visitors per month at SCG Experience, with 60% being new visitors seeking information to solve various home issues and 40% being returning satisfied customers.

         According to a recent survey of customers in the SCG Experience database, over 60% of consumers choose to purchase construction materials with their families. Additionally, it was found that 50% of consumers plan to build or renovate their homes by seeking architects and contractors themselves, as they desire homes that meet their specific needs, whether it be heat-resistant homes, homes for the elderly, leak-proof homes, or homes that provide comfortable living. Therefore, this year, SCG is continuing its success from last year by investing over 13 million baht to revamp the "SCG Experience" to enhance the display of products with quality brands within a 6,200 square meter area, while also expanding comprehensive services from consultation, design, and cost estimation to product ordering and recommending convenient distribution channels for customers, ensuring that consumers find it convenient, easy, and confident when using SCG Experience services. Currently, there are 25 architects and experts available for consultation, ready to deliver superior experiences.

Details of the revamp of "SCG Experience" across three floors include:

        Floor 1 introduces a new zone, “Living Solution Zone,” showcasing innovations for real living experiences by comparing a standard home with one equipped with the Active AIRflow™ System, an innovation for ventilating air and heat out of the house and roof area, allowing customers to experience the comfort of a well-ventilated home that reduces stuffiness and improves indoor air quality. The system can be controlled and monitored via an application for added convenience. Additionally, the “SCG Eldercare Solution” zone has been transformed into a learning space for elderly living, the first of its kind in Thailand, under the concept of Ageless Living, aimed at enabling the elderly to live independently and happily within their homes with family, reducing obstacles caused by physical decline. This is achieved through standard products developed into systems that accommodate changing physical and mental conditions, with a designed and displayed area called Eldergarten, as we believe that the elderly also embark on a new learning journey to adapt their environment and lifestyle to suit their age.
