In Q4 2017, the company plans to develop 4 projects:
- Low-rise condominium in Ratchada-Huai Khwang area, project value 1.7 billion baht
- Vacation condominium in Phuket, project value 1 billion baht
- 2 horizontal projects under the brand The Vision Townhouse, 3 stories, width 5-5.5 meters, in the Kaset-Nawamin area.

All Inspire began its real estate development business in 2013 and currently has a total project value of 1.3 billion baht.
