Karnchang Public Company Limited to establish Kamala Senior Living Co., Ltd., a joint venture aimed at developing a premium Lifestyle Senior Living Village in Phuket, with a project value of 3.5 billion baht. The project will be equipped with five-star facilities and services to cater to a diverse range of lifestyles comprehensively, managed by a team of internationally recognized professionals.

          Oradee Na Ranong, CEO of Nye Estate Co., Ltd. stated, “The establishment of Kamala Senior Living Co., Ltd. stems from the shared intention of all partners in this joint venture to develop high-quality, internationally standard residential projects for the elderly, in response to the changing demographics and the growing elderly population in various regions around the world today.”

          The shareholding structure in Kamala Senior Living Co., Ltd. consists of Nye Estate Co., Ltd. holding 28.5%, Chiwathai Public Company Limited holding 25%, L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited holding 25%, and Ch. Karnchang Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ch. Karnchang Public Company Limited, holding 20%, with individuals holding 1.5%, respectively.
