         Mr. Metha Angwatanapanit, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Horizontal Project Development at Sansiri Public Company Limited, stated that Chiang Mai is a province with a promising growth trajectory, supported by upcoming mega projects from the government. These include the construction of the Mae Jo intersection underpass, which will be completed in 2018, benefiting the city by alleviating traffic congestion and reducing travel time. Additionally, the motorway connecting Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, set to finish in 2024, will shorten the travel time to under two hours.
