Bangkok – Singha Estate has announced that the construction of the Singha Complex project is progressing over 40% and is preparing to open a lifestyle kingdom in the city center, located in the best area on Asoke-Phetchaburi Road, serving as a connection point between the old and new CBDs. The external construction of the office building has reached nearly 40%, up to the 21st floor out of a total of 42 floors, while the retail building is almost 30% complete, reaching L2 out of 4 floors. The internal construction of the main lobby of the office building has progressed over 80%. The next steps will involve architectural decoration and interior finishing, which is expected to be completed around mid-2018. Recently, we appointed CBRE Thailand as the exclusive agent for leasing office space, and we anticipate delivering the first area to the Boonrawd Group tenants by the end of December 2017 as planned. An official sales office for the office space will open in September, which we believe will help increase tenant numbers to meet our targets by the end of the year.”
