The Supalai Research Center has gathered data on homebuyers in Chonburi and Rayong provinces. It was found that two-thirds of buyers in Chonburi work within the province, while one-eighth come from Rayong, as illustrated in the graphic for Chonburi.

 

            In contrast, over 90% of buyers in Rayong work within the province, as shown in the graphic for Rayong.

 

            Therefore, the principle in the real estate business that most homebuyers prefer locations close to their workplaces still holds true, especially if the location is near amenities such as shopping centers or entertainment venues, which further enhances its appeal. As seen in both graphics, areas with a high number of buyers tend to be community regions that are already well-equipped with facilities.
