Sansiri reveals that the condominium market in Khon Kaen is thriving, benefiting from government mega-projects, including the double track railway from Jira to Khon Kaen, which is expected to be completed in 2019. This will be the first province outside of Bangkok to have a mass transit system, set to launch in 2020, with a pilot route running north-south along Mittraphap Road from Ban Samran to Ban Tha Phra, covering 22.6 kilometers with 16 stations. One of the stations will be located at the city gate (Central), right in front of The Base Height Mittraphap - Khon Kaen project, making it even more convenient for residents.
