Max Future Co., Ltd. has allocated a budget of 75 million baht for the development of the area at Phaholyothin Soi 18/2, also known as Soi Choei Puang, as a retail space under the name Sun Plaza. The two-story building will feature a market zone<\/strong> on the first floor, with a spacious area of 900 sq.m. for miscellaneous shops and a mini-supermarket covering over 300 sq.m. The second floor will host a food zone<\/strong>, an air-conditioned food court spanning 1,700 sq.m., featuring over 40 famous street food vendors to cater to office workers, including the legendary som tam shop “Zab Wan Ratchada,” the million-baht fried pork shop “Jae Jong Moo Thod,” and the champion pad thai shop “Pad Thai Hoi Thod Suay,” renowned in Soi Ladprao 71.
