Central Pattana Public Company Limited, Thailand's leading sustainable real estate developer and the developer of Central i-City, the only Thai shopping center in Malaysia, participated in a discussion forum between the Thai government and private sector during the visit of Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul to Malaysia. This event highlighted the role of the Thai private sector in investing in Malaysia and reinforced the strong cooperation between Thailand and Malaysia in trade, investment, and tourism, as well as future opportunities for collaboration between the governments and private sectors of both countries. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas, also exchanged views on Thai-Malaysian trade and investment with representatives from leading Thai companies operating in Malaysia on July 9, 2023, at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Ms. Naparat Sriwanwittaya, Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of the Finance, Accounting, and Hotel and Office Business Group at Central Pattana Public Company Limited, stated, "Malaysia is one of the strategic markets with great potential in the region and has a close economic relationship with Thailand in trade, investment, and tourism.
