Origin Property has announced that its sales for the first six months of 2026 reached 10.627 billion baht, with plans to launch 6 new projects in the second half of the year, totaling 7.4 billion baht. Meanwhile, the backlog at the end of Q1 2026 stands at over 34.681 billion baht, ensuring revenue over the next 4 years, gradually recognizing income from 2026 to 2029.

Mr. Pirapong Jaroonaek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, reported that the sales performance (Presales) for the first half of 2026 amounted to 10.627 billion baht. This includes sales from condominium projects under Origin Vertical Corporation Limited (ORIGIN VERTICAL) accounting for approximately 87%, and sales from housing projects under Britannia Public Company Limited (BRI) making up about 13%. The sales are divided into ongoing projects at around 29% and ready-to-move projects at approximately 71%.

As for the launch of new projects, the company is moving forward with plans to introduce 6 projects in the second half of the year, valued at 7.4 billion baht. This includes 3 condominium projects located in Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket, with a total value of 4.2 billion baht, and 3 housing projects worth 3.2 billion baht. Additionally, there is a joint venture project with Alpha Industrial Solutions Limited (ALPHA) for the first phase valued at 1.2 billion baht, named Brilliant Business Park, which will feature built-to-suit options for showrooms, studios, offices, and homes, targeting business owners, SMEs, logistics and distribution centers, processed goods businesses, and investors. The backlog at the end of Q1 2026 is 34.681 billion baht, with revenue recognition spread over 4 years from 2026 to 2029.

Previously, Origin has adapted and expanded its business through various strategies, alongside broadening its operations. Recently, the company successfully sold the ibis Phuket Kata hotel, generating extra cash of over 400 million baht, in line with ORI's asset management strategy under the Build-Operate-Exit-Reinvest model, focusing on development, operations, and value creation to support long-term growth in the hotel business.
