Mr. Sahatchai Kwancheun, Senior Vice President – Project Investment at Harrison Public Company Limited, stated that following the launch of Prop2Share, a platform consolidating real estate stock developed by Harrison, which has received positive feedback from project developers, independent brokers, and investors nationwide, it has played a crucial role in driving sales for the A Space Mega 1 project, which is set to close sales soon. This reinforces the company's ability to connect sellers, agents, and buyers within a single system and marks another success reflecting the confidence of project developers, investors, and buyers in the capabilities of the Harrison team. In this instance, the company has acquired a bulk of 74 units in the Park 24 Phrom Phong project valued at over 600 million baht. The high-rise condominium spans 12 rai and is just 500 meters from Phrom Phong BTS station, with prices starting at only 4.99 million baht, offering comprehensive common areas that perfectly meet the urban living needs.

The units that the company has invested in are located in buildings 5, 6, or E, F, designed to offer city views.

The western side of Benjakitti Park will provide views of the Chao Phraya River curve and Bang Kachao. Access is available from both Sukhumvit 24 alley and Rama 4 Road, and the land is large enough to extend to Sukhumvit 22 alley.
