This initiative drives the power of diversity and positions Pattaya as a global Pride Destination, highlighting CPNREIT's potential to host international events and boost the country's tourism.

Ms. Patmika Pongsuryamas, CEO of CPN Retail Management Co., Ltd., the manager of CPNREIT stated, “Being part of one of Thailand's largest Pride festivals reinforces the potential of ‘Central Pattaya’ and ‘Central Marina Outlet’, lifestyle hubs that cater to all groups and are ready to host international events. The highlight that has generated excitement and attracted attention from around the world is the historic “International Pride Parade”, now in its 8th year, in collaboration with 100 organizations from public and private sectors and LGBTQIAN+ networks nationwide, covering a distance of over 2.8 kilometers amidst thousands of local and international tourists. The parade features a lineup of artists, performers, and famous influencers, including Lookkaew Metinee, DJ Bookko Thanachapan, Helen, Nut Nisa, and Airin Urassaya, along with two popular boys Hiroya and Huwei from the famous reality show The Boyfriend Season 2, adding vibrant colors to the event along Pattaya beach, Central Marina Outlet, and Central Pattaya.

Additionally, a variety of fun activities are organized, including the Pride Performance Show with a grand concept, featuring a highlight check-in point at the Sunken Activity Area on the G floor of Central Pattaya, and the Miss Healthy Queen 2026 contest, allowing everyone to showcase their talents and shine in their unique way.
