Real Estate Association Collaborates with Bangkok to Advance BKK Housing Platform for Sustainable Urban Development
The Thai Real Estate Association is moving forward in collaboration with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration through the "BKK Housing Platform" project to develop and connect Bangkok's housing platform. This initiative aims to support urban planning, housing development, and the long-term enhancement of citizens' quality of life.

Mr. Pornnaris Chuanchaisit, President of the Thai Real Estate Association, stated that this collaboration reflects the private sector's role in supporting sustainable urban development. The association, along with public and private partners, is developing a central platform to connect housing information for civil servants and personnel of Bangkok, enabling easier access to quality housing at reasonable prices. This is based on the concept of "homes close to workplaces," aimed at reducing commuting burdens, enhancing quality of life, and ensuring housing stability for urban residents.

Furthermore, the platform plans to expand to the general public, particularly targeting first jobbers and the younger generation, to systematically increase access to housing information and benefits. The Thai Real Estate Association believes this will be a crucial mechanism in creating an efficient housing ecosystem and will help urban development better meet the lifestyles of city dwellers, while also supporting the growth of Bangkok as a sustainable metropolis of the future.
