Lotus, a leader in the retail business under CP AXTRA Public Company Limited, is advancing its regional strategy by announcing a significant development and expansion plan for "Lotus’s Khon Kaen," transforming it into a "Happy Mall, a community happiness space" to elevate the shopping center and rental areas under the concept of "The Everyday Lifestyle Hub," a new lifestyle center for the community that meets the needs of modern consumers in terms of food, lifestyle, health, and sustainable growth alongside the community.
Joining forces with leading global and national partners, led by IKEA and the first IKEA Cafe in the Northeast, along with Decathlon, True Coffee, Lotus’s EATS, and many other top brands, to enhance consumer lifestyle experiences, making it a new lifestyle hub that caters to all generations comprehensively.

Transforming over 28,000 square meters, attracting global magnets “IKEA – Decathlon” to enrich lifestyles.
This transformation is a development and expansion of lifestyle spaces to enhance customers' daily living experiences. The project includes an expansion of the shopping center by over 60%, covering a total project area of more than 28,000 square meters, with over 12,000 square meters dedicated to lifestyle mall space, more than 5,000 square meters for hypermarket space, and parking for over 400 vehicles.
A key highlight of the upgrade at Lotus’s Khon Kaen is the introduction of global partners to create a new phenomenon, preparing to welcome IKEA and the first IKEA Cafe in the Northeast, covering a total area of over 880 square meters, which will be a destination for home and lifestyle enthusiasts, strengthened by leading lifestyle and health brands such as Decathlon, True Coffee, Lotus’s EATS, and many other renowned restaurants like Jetts Fitness, 7-Eleven, 1:2 Coffee, etc., to fulfill the needs of a workspace, relaxation, and socializing all in one place. The project is scheduled to open its first phase in the third quarter of this year and will be fully completed by the first quarter of 2027.
