"The Great Room" Announces Rebranding to "Industrious" for Premium Co-working Spaces in Bangkok
Industrious, a global provider of Flexible Workspace Solutions, has announced the rebranding of its two locations in Bangkok—Gaysorn Tower and Park Silom—to operate officially under the Industrious brand starting July 1, 2026. This transition is part of the integration of Industrious's portfolio in the Asia-Pacific region into a unified brand across Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Sydney. This marks the first time since Industrious acquired The Great Room in May 2022, during which both brands have been integrating their operations, design, technology, and systems. The unification under a single brand is a timely next step and a clear indication of the direction that Industrious is heading in Thailand and the region.

This change reflects the growing demand from businesses for globally connected workplace experiences driven by hospitality-inspired service concepts. It also comes at a time when Industrious is continuously expanding its global network. Since CBRE fully acquired Industrious in 2025, the company has increased its global portfolio by 58 percent and plans to open more than 60 new locations in 2026.
The Great Room first opened in Bangkok at Gaysorn Tower in 2018, a prime location attracting global financial institutions, international lifestyle brands, and growing technology companies. It later opened its second location in Thailand at Park Silom in 2023, a Grade A office building on Silom Road, featuring a rooftop garden and floor-to-ceiling glass windows with panoramic views of the Bangkok skyline. Together, both locations offer over 6,600 square meters of space and serve more than 1,000 members from over 200 companies. After the integration with Industrious, members at both locations will continue to access familiar workspaces, teams, and services while benefiting from a unified global network covering over 250 locations in more than 80 cities worldwide.
“Industrious is experiencing significant growth, and this rebranding is another important step that reflects that growth,” said Gentry Long, President of Industrious. “Bringing all locations worldwide under one brand is not just a name or image change; it reinforces the values we have always upheld, such as attentive service, inspiring space design, and fostering a sense of belonging. We are excited to embark on this new chapter with our members and teams, delivering a seamless connected experience everywhere globally.”

“At its core, both The Great Room and Industrious share a belief that work should be human-centered,” added Su Anne Mi, Managing Director of Industrious APAC and co-founder of The Great Room. “This philosophy has defined The Great Room's identity across the Asia-Pacific region and will continue under the Industrious brand. Being part of a global network will enhance the experience we provide to our members and partners, and we are excited to bring this experience to the region.”
“Thailand has been part of The Great Room's story since 2018, and transitioning to the Industrious brand signals our commitment to further growth in this country. For our members at Gaysorn Tower and Park Silom, this change will open doors to opportunities that extend far beyond Bangkok. The original locations, the same teams, and the premium service standards are now under a globally recognized brand,” Su Anne Mi concluded.
The Asia-Pacific region is seen as a crucial area for the next phase of growth for Industrious, with plans to expand its business in the region by more than 50 percent over the next 12 months, including opening three new locations in Singapore alone by 2026, further underscoring the company's long-term commitment to operating in this region.
