Additionally, both agencies are preparing to develop a curriculum for ‘Solar Rooftop Craftsmen’ to support the clean energy trend, focusing on technical knowledge, safety standards in operations, and producing high-skilled labor to meet future market demands.”<\/span><\/p>

In 2021, the <\/span>Department of Skill Development<\/strong><\/span> and <\/span>Q-CHANG (Q-Craftsman)<\/strong><\/span> signed a cooperation agreement to develop the skills of construction and electrical craftsmen and enhance the quality craftsman search platform, aiming to elevate Thai labor to have knowledge, skills, and professional standards. Over the past four years, <\/span>Q-CHANG (Q-Craftsman)<\/strong><\/span> and the Department of Skill Development have jointly developed curricula and conducted training in various fields, such as career training through the <\/span>Q-CHANG (Q-Craftsman)<\/strong><\/span> application, installation of electric vehicle charging stations for residences, standard wall and floor tiling techniques, roof repairs, and professional cleaning and maintenance of home air conditioning systems.<\/span><\/p>

This new cooperation agreement represents a continuous expansion of collaboration, focusing on linking databases and technology between the public and private sectors, increasing job access for Thai craftsmen nationwide, and promoting skill standard testing so that craftsmen can receive internationally recognized certification.<\/span><\/p>
