Sansiri believes that a good life begins with having a home designed for every family member, including pets, by caring and understanding their needs to design and develop projects, common areas, and communities that cater to their lifestyles, allowing them to grow together sustainably. This year, Sansiri has expanded Pets of Sansiri into the campaign Pet Life Matters: A Safe Haven for Every Pet Every Day, focusing on developing housing projects that support lifestyles and enhance the quality of life for pets within the projects while creating a “society of opportunity” in collaboration with Gluta Story to be a key voice for animal lovers in inspiring societal change, particularly in supporting pet adoption and responsible pet ownership, while continuing to work with Thonglor Animal Hospital in all dimensions of the Pets of Sansiri campaign.

This collaboration arises from a shared stance as Good Citizens who care about the quality of life for pets, recognizing the issues faced by homeless dogs and cats, aligning with Sansiri's commitment to "building homes" and developing projects that meet the needs of communal living. They believe that home is the foundation of a good quality of life, which inspires the idea of providing warm homes for pets. Gluta Story will play a major role, sharing experiences of fostering stray dogs and cats, conveying stories, and fostering understanding of responsible pet ownership through a video series to shift societal attitudes towards recognizing the value of every life and encouraging widespread adoption. Additionally, they are a crucial part of the THE PAWJECT MATCH project, inviting the right match to help find warm families for dogs and cats from the SOS ANIMAL THAILAND foundation, supported by Thonglor Animal Hospital, which will conduct health checks, vaccinations, and transformations to prepare the pets for portrait photos with George Saratsak Visesinthun, the creator and owner of Gluta Story, to promote finding homes and warm families for them.


Sansiri is committed to delivering quality housing and a great living experience for all members, including pets. Currently, the overall portfolio of Pets of Sansiri aims to expand Pets Welcome Condos to cover 20 projects with a total value of 46.2 billion baht by the end of 2026, with Thonglor Animal Hospital providing consultation and recommendations to enhance safety, environment, and well-being for residents with and without pets to live happily together in Pets Welcome Condos. This includes developing facilities designed for pets, such as Pet-Friendly Materials & Furniture, using tightly woven upholstery that resists scratching, does not trap pet hair, is water-resistant, and non-toxic; Pet-Friendly Flooring, upgrading rooms with SPC and Hybrid Engineering materials that are moisture-resistant, easy to clean, and scratch-resistant; and Space Design, designed with pet behavior and safety in mind, such as reducing the distance between balcony railings to prevent pets from falling.

Additionally, Sansiri continues to develop common areas for pets in housing and townhome projects, offering large Pet Parks for pets to release energy, along with facilities and play equipment designed with safety in mind to help develop pets' potential. Highlighted projects this year include Burasiri Jatujak, Anasiri Srinakarin-Praksa 2, Saransiri Pracha Uthit 90, Saransiri Srinakarin-Praksa, Sethasiri Don Mueang, and Sethasiri Mahajetsadabodin. They also provide comprehensive after-sales services covering all aspects of care, including health services from Thonglor Animal Hospital, as well as other services for well-being such as grooming and pet training, along with special activities from selected partners to enhance the quality of life for both owners and pets.



Under Pets of Sansiri 2026, Sansiri is packed with interesting line-ups throughout the campaign, kicking off the first project with THE PAWJECT MATCH: The Right Pet... The Right Condo, inviting everyone to "match" the right pets to find warm families for dogs and cats from the SOS ANIMAL THAILAND foundation, in collaboration with partners like Gluta Story and Thonglor Animal Hospital, conducting health checks, vaccinations, and food donations, as well as transforming these pets into little superstars, while reviewing all five Pets Welcome condo projects of Sansiri: THE MUVE Sukhumvit 107, THE MUVE Paw Bangkhae, valles HAUS, WIDEN by Sansiri, and LOVE Charoen Nakhon. Everyone is invited to join in sending encouragement for the mission to find warm families and sustainable new homes for these pets to meet their "perfect match" through behind-the-scenes videos of their work and the pets' achievements throughout May on all Sansiri PLC channels, including other highlight activities such as video series sharing experiences and knowledge on responsible pet ownership from the perspective of Gluta Story, and adorable photo sets of pets adopted from Gluta Story and Pets of Sansiri, showcasing that when they are cared for with love, pets can lead good lives and bring happiness to homes sustainably.
